Campus Safety at SCSU
SCSU Safety: Protect The Pack
At St. Cloud State University, safety is a top priority that is deeply engrained in our campus protocols and culture.
"Safety" takes on a full range of meanings that can include conditions related to weather, crime, health and wellness, and individual practices and choices. Our campus has a shared focus on working together and with external partners to protect ourselves and each other as we Protect the Pack.
As our daily operations provide a safe and welcoming environment for our students on campus, we are cultivating a community with a strong sense of belonging, with students feeling safe, connected, and supported on and off campus.
This website is a focal point of information and campus communications so that our students and the community are informed of safe practices and aware of how SCSU is monitoring safety conditions on and off campus. Our strategy for safety includes meaningful partnerships with local law enforcement and other individuals and groups to provide a safe and enjoyable environment that mutually benefits our students and our community.
